Q Derby - Residential Property Branding.

The Shock, Atonish and Awe Campaign for Q Derby was an initial presentation for a live project. I worked closely with the developer to come up with a new name for the scheme, and our brief was to conceptualise a campaign-style approach for The Nightingale Quarter, a new build development situated on the site of the former Derbyshire Royal Infirmary.

I wanted to develop a number of items that would generate a huge amount of interest around the local area pre-build, so we came up with a number of guerrilla marketing ideas and promotional items using a very bold and bright identity to get the brand recognised. The brand would typically be rolled out across illuminated signage, hoarding, website, social media campaigns and luxury brochures
