Flygun was commissioned to create a bold new identity for a property investment client, with a clear ambition to disrupt a typically conservative, visually dull sector. The refreshed brand was purposefully designed to be striking and instantly recognisable, centred on the bespoke ASPECT mark: a sharply constructed, upward-pointing form built from bold, acute angles to suggest forward momentum, growth, ambition and clarity of vision. Its geometry draws directly from the meaning of “aspect”, a specific angle, orientation, or point of view, all highly relevant to property investment, and the highlighted internal angle became a key signature device, symbolising the ability to see from all sides, from every aspect. This internal cut, often expressed as a shadow or reflection, reinforces themes of precision, insight and strategic clarity, while the balance of form and negative space keeps the mark simple, intelligent and confident. The identity was then captured in a detailed set of brand guidelines and rolled out consistently across a new website and supporting collateral, creating a modern, premium presence that stands out immediately and communicates value from every angle.
